It's fair to say this week is a little heavy on Thanksgiving leftovers, but when you have a turkey and a ham for five people...I suppose that just happens! After nearly a week of expensive feasting and eating out, I'm pretty thankful for those leftovers!
And a quick note - I'm going to be working on a little blog re-design, so if things get to looking wonky I ask for a bit of patience.
Monday
Easy Chicken Cacciatore (with leftover turkey)
Roasted Spaghetti Squash
Tuesday
Turkey Pot Pie
using Gluten-Free Bisquick for the crust
Wednesday
Potato Soup with Ham
Thursday
Mongolian Beef
Brown Rice
Friday
Macaroni and Cheese with Ham
I've been meaning to make this for weeks now, and it keeps slipping off the menu! I'll share the recipe once it's perfected
Saturday
Grilled Chicken Breasts
Wild Rice and Sausage Stuffing (a new recipe I'm working on)
Garam Masala Glazed Carrots
Sunday
Kid's choice/leftovers
This post will be linked to Organizing Junkie's Menu Plan Monday. Looking for meal inspiration? It's a great place to visit!
Your plan sounds great! Do you like the gluten free bisquick? I'm always curious how the gluten free things taste. Do you have a list of fav's?

Hi Annett~
I've been really happy with the gluten-free Bisquick. It's a little more processed than I prefer, but sometimes ease wins over preference!
I don't have a list of favorites since I'm still fairly new to gluten-free eating, but I will definitely start working on one soon.

Not really - I just sort of throw it together. I'll try to write it down when I make it tomorrow.
And yes, it's only Monday and I've already rearranged the menu!
