Guess who's excited about feeling settled enough to have a menu plan for the week?
That would be this girl!
We are mostly settled...with boxes unpacked or stored...one week into new schools and routines...and getting comfortable. Here's the menu and, as usual, it's all gluten-free (except for some of the pizza). Since I'm cooking for seven while we stay with my parents, I'll be doubling most recipes.
Asian Green Beans
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy (using cornstarch instead of flour)
Raviolis (they had gluten-free ones at Costco!)
French Bread (none for me)
Grilled Chicken Breasts
Brown Rice Gratin with Zucchini and Mushrooms
Roasted Cauliflower and Carrots
Taco Roast with corn tortillas
