I cannot wait for Thanksgiving! If I were to rank my favorite holidays, it's easily number one. I generally start planning my menu months in advance...which is a bit silly considering it doesn't really change all that much. Even needing a gluten-free diet this year, I'm just making a few adjustments and crossing my fingers. I can't wait to see how Udi's bread works for stuffing!
I'm posting a two week plan again - it helps with planned leftovers and grocery shopping so much!
Dinner with a few families from church
Cream of Tomato Soup
Grilled Cheese (on Udi's for me)
Eat out - we're picking up a guest at the airport
Italian Sausage Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy (made with cornstarch instead of flour)
Roasted Green Beans
Glazed Sweet Potatoes
Turkey Pot Pie
using Gluten-Free Bisquick for the crust
Grilled Chicken Breasts
Wild Rice and Sausage Stuffing (a new recipe I'm working on)
Garam Masala Glazed Carrots (recipe coming tomorrow!)
Potato Soup with Ham
Easy Chicken Cacciatore (with leftover turkey)
Roasted Spaghetti Squash
Macaroni and Cheese with Ham
I've been meaning to make this for weeks now, and it keeps slipping off the menu! I'll share the recipe once it's perfected
Gluten-free waffles (loving that new GF Bisquick!)
Have a great Thanksgiving week!
