It's going to be an easy week in the kitchen around here. It seems like we've got an errand of some sort every day after school, so I'm trying to focus on meals I can throw together quickly or prep earlier! Everything, of course, will be gluten-free.

for the tacos: throw taco seasoning (here's a recipe), a jar of salsa and a few chicken breasts in the slow-cooker and let cook on about 6 hours)
