It's a little hard to believe how quickly last week went by. I think I only got through about half of last week's menu plan, but we still managed to eat at home every night. I'm finding I really go through phases in the kitchen - sometimes I can't wait to get in and make a big dinner and others all I want to do is bake. I suppose it's all good as long as there's something on the table for supper each night!
Chicken soup (no biggie - just throwing veggies and brown rice in some homemade chicken stock)
Eat at church (and feel really thankful they have that omelette bar - it's about the only gluten-free option there)
Herb Marinated Pork chops
Roasted veggies (carrots, squash, onions)
Chipotle Chicken Chili
